Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director, located in Lake Park, FL. This position serves as the primary liaison to Interior Designers (To-The-Trade) and also to developers seeking turnkey solutions. The Sales Director owns revenue performance, pipeline management and client conversion while working closely with our design and operations leadership. The Sales Director will also lead initiatives to enhance team performance and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to identify growth opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong skills in Sales Operations and Customer Service for managing processes and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and coordinating with sales teams to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment requiring strategic, analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with the interior design industry is a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Lead all sales operations across To-The-Trade and Turn Key channels
- Own revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Manage and mentor Turnkey and To-The-Trade sales associates
- Partner closely with Design leadership to align scope, pricing, and delivery
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure exceptional client experiences
- Collaborate with Ownership on growth strategy and key relationships
