Job Description

The School District of Palm Beach County is seeking a Counselor for After School programs. Applicants may contact the HR Customer Care Center at 877‑477‑3722 for specific information about work hours, days/months, and salary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Follow District policies and procedures in accordance with School Board priorities.
  • Act in the best interests of students, upholding the highest traditions of public education and supporting the District’s Mission Statement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

All District employees are required to work in a drug‑free environment and must undergo drug testing. Certain applicants may also need to submit a pre‑employment medical clearance. Non‑instructional applicants for clerical positions may be required to complete a keyboarding test with the necessary word‑per‑minute score.
