Physical Therapist (PT) / Per Diem
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida. As a valued member of our rehabilitation team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a part-time or per diem position, offering flexibility and autonomy in your practice.
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and set realistic goals
- Design and deliver a variety of physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretching, and conditioning programs
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records of treatment
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed
- Competitive hourly rate: $55/hour
