Location: Lake Park, FL
Position: LPN – Part Time Days
Compensation: $25.50 – $28.00 per hour

• Provide direct patient care to residents, performing tasks such as medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in delivering patient education and support to residents and families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN.
