At Tender Care PPEC, our CNAs create safe, joyful, and meaningful days for medically complex children. This is a hands‑on, heart‑first role where compassion matters just as much as clinical skill.

You won’t feel like you’re on your own here, whether it’s a busy moment on the floor or just needing a quick hand, your team has your back. Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant:

• Provide hands‑on care: bathing, feeding, repositioning, diapering, toileting
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nurse
• Comfort and soothe children through rocking, holding, and reassurance
• Help ensure safe patient transitions during transportation times (no driving required)
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
• Monday–Saturday between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• No nights. No Sundays.

• Active FL CNA license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
• At least 1 year of childcare experience (non-family)
• CPR certification prior to start
• Willingness to complete Level 2 Background Screening prior to start.
• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach with children who have developmental or behavioral needs
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting
