North Lake Care Center in Lake Park, Florida is seeking a FULL TIME MDS COORDINATOR - REGISTERED NURSE to join our team. You will conduct and coordinate resident assessments and ensure compliance with state and payer guidelines.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least two years of MDS Coordinator experience in a skilled nursing facility, and can lead meetings such as Daily Case Management and UR. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, holiday and PTO.
