Alzheimer’s Community Care ("ACC") is a non-profit organization that provides support and services to families, caregivers, and patients of Alzheimer’s disease and other conditions resulting in dementia.
Program ManagerThe Program Manager will be responsible for the continuous operations of the day center and a quality program of dementia-specific activities for patients. This position is full-time and does not require evening or weekend hours.
Responsibilities:- Ensure licensing standards are implemented and maintained daily in all aspects of program operation
- Oversee patient supervision and safety
- Assist in patient outreach and recruitment efforts, including the intake process
- Clear, active Florida LPN license or RN license
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a clinical setting (or psychiatric/crisis intervention background)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and still maintain flexibility
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suite products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
