About the Role:As a CNA at North Lake Care Center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
