About the Role

We are a fast‑paced, growing, two‑doctor veterinary practice in Lake Park, Florida seeking a Full‑Time Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with strong surgical experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated technician who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is passionate about patient care, efficiency, and team development.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) preferred
  • Strong hands‑on surgical experience (anesthesia monitoring, prep, recovery, instrumentation)
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to help train and mentor current team members
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Responsibilities Include:
  • Surgical anesthesia monitoring and patient care
  • Assisting in surgery and dentistry
  • Running technician appointments and supporting exam rooms
  • Training and guiding support staff
  • Maintaining high standards of patient safety and hospital efficiency
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Up to $23/hour, depending on experience and CVT status
