An established trailer sales and service operation is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead day‑to‑day shop operations. This role is hands‑on and supervisory, responsible for overseeing technicians, coordinating workflow, ensuring quality repairs, and maintaining a safe and productive shop environment.

$30 - $40 per hour based on experience. Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Great benefits, room for growth, and 401(k).

• Lead and supervise shop technicians and mechanics on daily repair and fabrication work.
• Assign, prioritize, and track work orders to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of trailers and related equipment.
• Ensure all repairs and installations meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate parts ordering and inventory to support shop operations.
• Communicate timelines and job status with internal teams and customers as needed.
• Train, mentor, and support technicians to maintain strong performance and accountability.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and shop records.
• Enforce shop safety procedures and company policies.

• 5+ years of experience in trailer repair, heavy equipment, or related mechanical environments.
• Prior experience in a lead technician, foreman, or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with trailer systems including brakes, axles, suspension, and structural components.
• Welding and fabrication.
• Electrical wiring and lighting systems.
• Ability to manage people, workflow, and priorities in a fast‑paced shop.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
