Equipment, Tools and Vehicle Logistics Coordinator

Kasper Electric is a Christ-centered company. Our mission is to honor Jesus Christ by delivering electrical excellence, building strong families, and leaving every connection better than we found it. That's not a plaque on the wall. It's how we run job sites, hold meetings, correct mistakes, and treat inspectors, homeowners, and each other. We measure success not only in megawatts installed, but in strengthened families and transformed lives.

Please take some time to review our Statement of Faith because it is core to everything we strive for at Kasper Electric.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable, highly organized Equipment, Tools and Vehicle Logistics Coordinator to keep our vehicles, equipment, tools, and jobsite logistics organized and moving. In this role, you will track vehicle maintenance, coordinate repairs and vehicle swaps, deliver equipment and materials between jobsites, manage company tool records, and respond quickly when a vehicle or piece of equipment breaks down.

This is a field-based, hands-on position. Most days involve driving between jobsites, the warehouse, supply houses, and outside repair vendors. You will regularly load, secure, tow, and transport equipment using company trailers while coordinating directly with foremen and the Procurement and Operations Manager.

The most important part of this role is taking ownership so that vehicles are maintained, tools are accounted for, equipment is ready when needed, and field crews are not delayed.

Ideal Candidates

  • Enjoy serving others and helping field teams stay productive.
  • Are highly organized and able to manage an independent daily schedule.
  • Take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Can track vehicle maintenance, equipment locations, tool assignments, and service records.
  • Are comfortable using technology, including asset-tracking and scheduling systems.
  • Are comfortable towing, backing, loading, and hauling company trailers.
  • Have basic mechanical and small-engine repair abilities.
  • Know when a repair can be handled directly and when it should be sent to an outside shop.
  • Can respond quickly when a vehicle or piece of equipment breaks down.
  • Keep safety as a top priority.
  • Have a valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Can regularly lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in South Florida conditions.

Exceptional Candidates

  • Have experience coordinating a company vehicle fleet.
  • Have experience managing construction equipment, power tools, or tool inventories.
  • Are familiar with the electrical or construction industry.
  • Have experience using Milwaukee ONE-KEY or a similar asset-management system.
  • Can perform basic vehicle, equipment, tool, and small-engine repairs.
  • Have experience coordinating rental equipment deliveries and returns.
  • Have a strong sense of urgency and follow-up.
  • Anticipate maintenance and equipment needs before they delay a crew.
  • Bring practical, innovative solutions to everyday logistics challenges.
  • Ask great questions and take initiative to grow.

Our Values: the LET'S GO Standard

Love: we serve people the way Jesus Christ served us. Excellence: our work is our worship; integrity in every detail. Trust: we do what we said, when we said. Stewardship: everything we manage belongs to God. Growth: we multiply what's entrusted to us. Ownership: no blame, no excuses, full responsibility.

Beyond your skills and experience, we look for people who share our core hiring values: character over credentials, growth mindset over experience, mission fit over industry conformity, and faith awareness over faith enforcement.

Salary and Benefits

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, eight-hour workdays, generally starting at 7:30 AM, with flexibility to start earlier when jobsite needs require.
  • 401(k) with 4% company match.
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Paid time off.
  • Paid holidays.

Kasper Electric is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
