At Tender Care PPEC, our Drivers help medically fragile children get safely to and from a place where they are cared for, supported, and celebrated every day. This isn’t just a driving job - it’s a role where reliability, kindness, and patience make a real difference for families.

Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant

• Safely transport pediatric patients to and from the PPEC center
• Assist with secure loading/unloading of wheelchairs and medical equipment
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining clear communication with staff
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness
• Provide a calm, friendly, and reassuring presence for children and caregivers
• Consistent routes (no late nights or rideshare chaos)
• Split Shifts Monday–Saturday between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• No nights. No Sundays.

• Active & Unrestricted Driver License
• Clean MVR of last 5 years
• Previous experience driving professionally (medical transport, school bus, childcare transport, etc.)
• Clear & Active DOT Physical
• AHA CPR + First Aid certification prior to start
• Level 2 Background Screening clearance:
• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach with children who have developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting
