Location: Lake Ridge, VA

Compensation: $20-$30 per hour

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman/Craftsman to join our growing team. You'll work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects, helping clients throughout the Lake Ridge, VA area with high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services.

• Perform general home and commercial repairs (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, window & door repair, light plumbing & electrical)
• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate clearly with clients and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
• Use Service Titan app for customer appointments and invoicing

• 3+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
• Own a truck or van with valid vehicle insurance
• Valid Real
• Strong work ethic and professionalism
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, collaborative, and detail-oriented

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turnkey, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
