A well-established, multi-location medical practice in central Suffolk County is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, friendly, and able to manage a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering excellent patient service.

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
• Verify insurance and collect co‑pays
• Manage patient records and update information in EMR
• Handle scanning, faxing, and general administrative duties
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

• Previous medical office experience preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems (experience preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required

• $18 — $24 per hour (DOE)
• Full-time and part-time positions available
