JOB SUMMARY
All Com Global Services seeks a talented, motivated, and driven individual to fill a full-time IT Support Specialist position. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Additionally, the candidate will be a critical problem solver, quickly able to adapt to new technologies and can prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide hardware, software, system, and network technical support for all company personnel via incoming calls, emails, teams chat and walk ups.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking equipment.
- Work tickets and request escalation as needed.
- Keep up on asset management of IT hardware.
- Onboard new employees with the necessary Microsoft 365 access and other third-party applications and Systems.
- Responsible for executing terminations requests submitted by HR and Senior Management.
- Deploy company equipment such as Windows desktops, laptops, phones, and other peripherals throughout the company.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving IT equipment.
- Work on other various IT Projects delegated by the System Administrator or IT Manager.
- Assist with remediating vulnerabilities on Windows Desktops and Laptops, Printers, and other related devices.
- Assist in CMMC Audits.
- Provide technical support after hours when necessary.
- Possess Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient at multitasking in fast paced environments.
- Confident speaking on the phone throughout the day.
- Have strong communication and customer service skills.
- Eager to learn with a passion for studying new technologies and trends.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Ability to stay on task and complete work in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Have a basic understanding of networking fundamentals such as DHCP, DNS, IP Address's, and NAT and how to troubleshoot these services.
- Willingness to work after normal business hours as needed.
- Associate's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or similar degree.
- CompTIA A+, Security+, CCNA, and other certifications are preferred.
- Background in working with Federal Subcontractors or alike is preferred.
- Knowledge in NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug and background) and have a valid driver's license.
