Facility Associate; Custodial

• Clean offices as often as required.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean, mop, wash, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash.
• Dust and wash walls and light fixtures.
• Remove stains from rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• Track maintenance and cleaning supplies.
• Clean windows in high traffic areas.
• Dust and vacuum furniture.
• Help set up and tear down meetings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
