Role Overview

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication.
• Ensures patient safety and participates in quality and regulatory activities.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
• This is a safety-sensitive role requiring constant alertness.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Licenses:
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills.
