Seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee activities, workflow, and resources of assigned nursing units.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Hiring, training, managing, and evaluating nursing staff.
- Addressing issues impacting patient care delivery and developing policies for efficiency.
- Monitoring and controlling budgets, expenditures, and purchases.
- Maintaining a safe, alert work environment.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of two years’ RN experience with leadership responsibilities or one year of RN experience plus one year of leadership experience.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, sit, stand, and perform repetitive movements.
- Proficiency in vision, hearing, communication, and data entry.
- Valid RN license and BLS certification in the respective state.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
