Pro Outdoor is a growing outdoor services company supporting irrigation, drainage, and related field operations. We are hiring a dependable Part-Time Mechanic to help maintain and repair company vehicles, trailers, and small equipment to keep our crews running efficiently.

This role is on-site in Lake St. Louis and includes minor travel using company vehicles to our Sunset Hills location as needed.

• Perform basic to intermediate repairs on company vehicles and equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance (oil changes, filters, fluids, brakes, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend repairs
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safety and reliability
• Maintain basic service records and repair notes
• Coordinate parts ordering and communicate repair needs to leadership
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Support field operations by reducing downtime through timely repairs

• 2+ years of mechanic experience (automotive, fleet, diesel, small engine, or similar)
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Experience using hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
  Valid driver’s license

• Fleet maintenance experience
• Trailer repair experience
• Small engine repair experience
• DOT inspection familiarity
• Welding experience

• Part-time schedule (hours to be discussed)
• On-site in Lake St. Louis with minor travel to Sunset Hills using company vehicles
• Some flexibility may be needed during peak season
