UI​/UX Full Stack Developer

UI/UX Full Stack Developer is a role that blends front‑end craftsmanship with back‑end development expertise. The position involves designing, building, and maintaining modern, responsive web applications while working closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, high‑quality user experiences.

Location: Lake Saint Louis, Missouri (US)

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days on‑site per week

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, intuitive, and responsive web applications
• Build reusable, scalable, and high‑performance front‑end components using React
• Develop and maintain back‑end services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Django
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, pixel‑perfect user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Integrate front‑end applications with back‑end APIs and third‑party services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following software development best practices
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure reliability and performance
• Optimize application speed, scalability, and overall user experience
• Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and solution planning
• Implement security and data protection best practices throughout the application
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
• Stay current with emerging front‑end, back‑end, UI/UX, and web development technologies, and recommend improvements where appropriate

• 2–6 years of UX/UI developer experience
• Solid experience with React.js (hooks, state management, reusable components)
• Good command of Django / Django REST Framework
• Strong UX/UI sensibility and familiarity with design tools (Figma, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment within a cross‑functional team
• Self‑driven, curious, and passionate about crafting polished interfaces
