Board Certified Behavior Analyst (School)
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (School) supporting district-wide schools in Lake Stevens, WA for a 36-week contract. Earn up to $80 per hour based on experience while delivering evidence-based behavior services across multiple school sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide district-wide BCBA support across assigned school sites.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop, implement, and update behavior intervention plans.
- Analyze behavioral data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Train, coach, and support teachers, para educators, and school teams on behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques.
- Collaborate with families, special education teams, and related service providers to coordinate student supports.
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a closely related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Active BCBA license required.
- Ability to develop behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and implement data-driven supports.
- Ability to manage a school-day schedule up to 37.5 hours per week and maintain accurate documentation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Skills:
- School-based or district experience preferred.
