Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Home Care Assistant (HCA) to join our team of caregivers in Lake Stevens, Washington. As an HCA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Certified Home Care Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our licensed professionals to provide care services to our clients. This will include, but not be limited to:

• Assisting with daily living activities
  , such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication management and medication reminders
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry
• Encouraging social interaction and providing emotional support

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in home care
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless coordination of services
