Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 26/27 School Year

Lake Stevens, Washington | K-12 District-Wide Behavioral Support | Full-Time

Starting Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)

Support students with high autism/ASD support needs across the district. Oversee and provide guidance to RBTs and CBTs. Collaborate with educational teams to develop behavior intervention strategies. Provide direct behavioral support consultation. Staff collaboration and team-based intervention planning.

• Close collaboration with district behavioral support teams

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Eligible for or holding active BCBA certification and meeting applicable Washington State professional practice requirements
