Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals and contribute to store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel initiatives;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a growing preferred guest list and follow up on guest inquiries;
Greet and engage guests, personalize service to their needs, offer samples, and recommend complementary products and/or services;
Conduct professional makeup demonstrations, applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to MAC and Ulta Beauty standards;
Participate in brand trainings and promotions, book appointments for services and in-store events, and support execution of services to deliver guest experience and drive MAC brand and store sales
