This Position Will:
The Career & Technical Education (CTE) Job Coach is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining a cohesive career and technical education program for main campus students, both on and off campus. This includes providing individual and group vocational instruction and coaching; overseeing student placement, performance, and payroll within CTE programming; conducting vocational assessments; and supporting agency-wide Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) efforts through data collection, tracking, and analysis.
The Job Coach provides direct care and supervision in accordance with the agency treatment model, ensuring student safety, skill development, and successful community-based vocational experiences.
REQUIRED:
- School Bus Driver Permit
- First Aid/CPR certification (within 90 days of employment)
$20.50 – $25.91/hour
