Lawn Doctor is growing, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Sales Representative who can adapt to a wide variety of customer service scenarios, think on their feet, and work well within a team-driven culture.

We operate on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means we value clarity, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building long-term customer relationships while aligning with strong core values.

• Work with new leads to convert them into Lawn Doctor customers
• Support existing customers by recommending and adding services that improve and maintain their lawns
• Navigate a wide range of customer service situations with professionalism, empathy, and adaptability
• Build trust through clear communication and proactive post-sale follow-up
• Retain customers by providing consistent, high-quality service
• Learn and confidently explain Lawn Doctor services, programs, and seasonal offerings

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, reliable, and accountable
• Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Sales or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training and ongoing support for the right candidate.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
