As our Sales Manager, you’ll lead the sales team while ensuring an outstanding customer experience from the first phone call through ongoing customer retention.
Key responsibilities include:- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Team
- Drive sales growth while improving customer retention
- Monitor KPIs, scorecards, and sales performance
- Conduct weekly one‑on‑one coaching and team meetings
- Improve lead conversion and follow‑up processes
- Partner with Marketing to maximize lead quality and campaign performance
- Recruit, interview, and develop new sales team members
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others
- Driven by measurable goals and accountability
- Passionate about building long‑term customer relationships
- Comfortable making data‑driven decisions
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed for sales training, leadership development, conferences, and other company‑related meetings.
While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- 3‑5+ years of sales management or sales leadership experience
- Proven success improving customer retention and customer satisfaction
- Experience managing KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics
- Experience analyzing sales data and using reports to make business decisions
- Experience in residential service industries
- Experience in the lawn care, landscaping, home services, or green industry
- Knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
