Customer Service Representative

Domino’s Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the frontline of the business. They provide friendly, efficient service to customers both over the phone and in person, handle cash and take orders accurately, upsell products, and maintain a clean and safe food environment.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Take orders over the phone and in person
• Deal with customer concerns and resolve issues
• Handle cash and give correct change
• Upsell Domino’s products
• Make high‑quality pizzas according to company standards
• Control food portions and maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Prepare food and perform general cleaning duties

• Operate all store equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler
• Prepare products for service
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Track inventory and complete required paperwork
• Clean equipment and facilities on a daily basis

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person

• Perform accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) quickly, using a calculator if needed
• Proficient with verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, precise movements
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Make correct monetary change

  Carry large cans (≈3 lbs) to storage shelves; occasionally carry pizza sauce (≈30 lbs); carry trays of dough (≈12 lbs each) up to three at a time
• Pushing / Pulling
  :
  Move trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds force
• Climbing
  :
  Infrequently navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance tasks
• Stooping / Bending
  :
  Forward bending at the pizza assembly station; held 30–45 seconds repeatedly during the day; also required at the front counter and when stocking ingredients
• Crouching / Squatting
  :
  Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
• Reaching
  :
  Continuous reaching up, down, and forward
• Hand Tasks
  :
  Continuous eye‑hand coordination; shaping pizza dough requires frequent, forceful use of forearms and wrists

• Outdoor tasks may involve varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash
• In‑store temperatures range from 36° F in cooler areas to 90° F and above in some work areas
• Sudden temperature changes in the work area and while outside
• Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust
• Work in cramped quarters such as a walk‑in cooler
• Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500° F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts present

• Effective hearing and talking on the telephone
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks
• Depth perception
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
