Production Foreman

Position Summary

The Production Foreman is responsible for supervising daily manufacturing operations related to the production, assembly, welding, fabrication, and finishing of grapples, loaders, and related heavy equipment attachments. This position leads production employees, ensures safety and quality standards are maintained, and drives productivity to meet customer delivery schedules. The Production Foreman serves as a key liaison between production teams, engineering, quality, maintenance, and management to ensure operational excellence.
