B2B Outside Sales Representative – Kitchen & Bath Industry

Heritage Craft Cabinetry – Florida Territories
Commission-Based | High Earning Potential

About Us

Heritage Craft Cabinetry is a rapidly growing B2B wholesale supplier of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, hardware, sinks, and faucets.

We are expanding across Florida with dedicated territories in:

  • South Florida
  • Central Florida
  • North Florida
  • Panhandle

Our goal is to grow from $5M to $10M–$15M+ in annual sales, and we are building a performance-driven team to make that happen.

This is not a salary job.
This is a production-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage dealer accounts within your territory
  • Prospect new builders, contractors, and dealers
  • Maintain relationships and drive repeat orders
  • Log all activity in CRM
  • Protect margin while growing volume
  • Hit minimum production standards
Compensation (Based on Gross Profit)

We pay based on Gross Profit
, not revenue.
This aligns earnings with company profitability.

Monthly Commission Tiers (Fluctuating)
  • 12% of GP up to $25,000
  • 15% of GP from $25K–$50K
  • 18% of GP from $50K–$85K
  • 20% of GP above $85K

If you qualify for a tier, it applies to the entire month.

First Order Bonus

You earn 20% of Gross Profit total on the first collected order from each new dealer you open.

Monthly Performance Bonuses
  • $1,000 at $60,000 GP
  • $2,500 at $85,000 GP
  • $5,000 at $120,000 GP

Paid on the 15th of the following month.

Quarterly Bonuses
  • $3,000 at $200,000 GP
  • $7,500 at $300,000 GP
  • $15,000 at $450,000 GP

Paid on the 15th following quarter close.

Minimum Expectations
  • $1,000,000 annual revenue required to remain in good standing
  • $250,000 revenue per quarter minimum
  • Weekly activity standards enforced
  • CRM compliance mandatory
Weekly KPI Requirements
  • 25 outbound prospecting calls
  • 8 in-person dealer visits
  • 5 new account touchpoints
  • 10 quotes per month
  • All activity logged in company CRM
