Job Overview
Fence Outlet specializes in one‑stop shopping for all fencing needs and accessories. We maintain a very large inventory of products that are readily available to our customers daily. We offer do‑it‑yourself solutions as well as full‑service professional installation.
Location:
Lake Wales, Florida.
Full‑time – 40‑hour work week minimum.

Role SummaryThe Warehouse Associate will create and assemble all fence parts and pieces into finished fence materials. In performing essential functions, the associate supports business goals and objectives while aligning with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Major Responsibilities- Loading/unloading equipment for internal customers and drivers
- Check equipment for damage upon unloading
- Refuel gasoline or diesel, oil, and water levels for equipment and forklifts
- Use small air tools, electric tools, banding, hand tools, and routers
- Inventory counting and replenishment of materials
- Occasional repainting of equipment and housekeeping
- Operate walk‑behind and ride‑on shop forklifts for moving stationary and tow‑behind equipment
- Sweep shop floors, rearrange equipment, and clean the yard
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication with all levels of management
- Work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Multitask and prioritize effectively
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Passion for providing excellent service and quality
- High school diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures preferred
- 2–4 years prior experience in building or trade position(s)
- Hands‑on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Problem‑solving ability and initiative to correct situations requiring intervention
- Continuous good vision
- Frequent standing, walking, oral communication, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulder level, and color discrimination
- Occasional sitting, driving, typing, and fine sound discrimination
- Regularly lift/carry up to 60 lbs.; occasionally lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
- Repetitive simple grasping, fine manipulation, and frequent pushing & pulling
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to work locations
- Available for a varied schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
