We are seeking a Valet Parker to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Valet will be responsible for driving, parking and retrieving guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely and efficiently according to the hotel's standards. Additional responsibilities may include, but not limited to, welcoming guests and giving a fond farewell, assisting with guests' luggage, providing directions and any other guest related assistance.

We have a part-time position available. This role is a flexible position (AM / PM), and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

Essential

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida driver's license.
• Excellent driving record including zero moving violations within the past 6 months.
• Experience driving all vehicle types.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests/ visitors, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
• Knowledge of vehicle mechanics. (desired)

• Ability to ensure security of vehicles and hotel property.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Prior training in guest relations. (desired)
