Desired Experience &

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in the state of Florida (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum 1-2 years' recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:
