Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

At least 2 years of experience as Charge Nurse/CNC/Nurse Manager in an acute care setting

Coordinate nursing services and accept organizational accountability for services provided 24/7.

Provide leadership and supervision of personnel, fostering a climate conducive to learning and development.

Assume responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.

Ensure compliance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
