We are seeking an A.M. Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Server Assistant will be responsible for servicing guests, assisting with functions for the server(s), delivering food to guest tables according to hotel specification, courteously and efficiently. This role includes assisting in the maintenance of the restaurant, pool area and equipment, and providing lateral service when necessary. The ideal candidate will exemplify the values and beliefs of Eau Resort & Spa.

We have a full-time position available. This role is an A.M. position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays, and day shifts.

This role is designated for our dining outlet, Stir.

Essential

Qualifications:

• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
• Ability to provide legible communication.
• Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Essential

Skills:

• Ability to understand guest's service needs.
• Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to several guests within any given period of time. (Transport food items to the bar, and dining room in timely manner and also to the lounge as needed.)
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
• Present food to guests with correct items without asking.
• Turn and reset rooms for all meal periods during shifts
• Approach tables quickly and efficiently with water/juice or coffee, while supporting the server's request though service
