We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our accounting function. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and driving continuous process improvement within a dynamic, growing manufacturing environment.

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes
  , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Coordinate and lead annual audits
  , serving as the primary liaison with external auditors
• Establish and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen financial operations
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, ensuring high performance and accountability

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive Construction accounting experience
• Proven experience in an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP

• Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g.,

  ) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
