The Cultural Council for Palm Beach County is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Accounting Assistant to support accounts payable, invoicing, and fund transfers. You will post bills in Quick Books, prepare transfer spreadsheets, and ensure timely reimbursements under contract terms.
Ideal candidates have Quick Books experience, strong Excel and Outlook skills, an associate degree in accounting or bookkeeping or 5+ years in the field, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
