Compensation

Base salary minimum starting at $45,000+, based on experience with children, coaching, leadership, and team development. Bonus opportunities and a total salary range of $50,000–$65,000+ may increase potential earnings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in leading a high‑performing team and creating a positive environment for coaches and members.
  • Assist in overseeing sales, operations, and the member experience to drive growth and retention.
  • Partner closely with the GM to ensure smooth day‑to‑day center operations and consistent execution.
  • Lead community engagement and class growth initiatives through scheduling, outreach, and local marketing.
  • Coaching approximately 3–5 classes per week and modeling the Kid Strong experience.
  • Support recruiting, hiring, and training new coaches while maintaining program quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized facility and be ready to jump in wherever needed.
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or operations.
  • Background in children’s programming, fitness, education, or athletics is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and inspire staff and members.
  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week.
Certifications Required (obtainable post‑hire)
  • CPR certification
  • First Aid certification
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain active and energetic throughout the day.
  • Comfortable demonstrating physical activities and coaching children.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
