Truck Customer Service Representative - Entry level

ExFreight is seeking a Truck Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team at our Lake Worth, Florida headquarters
. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for providing exceptional customer support for truck freight shipments throughout North America.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, is highly organized, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with freight quotes, shipment bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery and proactively communicate shipment updates.
• Resolve shipment exceptions including delays, missed pickups, damages, shortages, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with trucking carriers, terminals, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal departments to ensure timely service.
• Review Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipment documentation, and shipping instructions for accuracy.
• Educate customers on LTL, Full Truckload (FTL), cross-border shipping, transit times, and accessorial services.
• Utilize ExFreight's digital transportation platform and Transportation Management System (TMS) to manage customer shipments.
• Maintain detailed shipment notes and customer records.
• Escalate operational issues when necessary while maintaining ownership of customer communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
