Wayfare Energy islooking for an experienced Solar Installers. Solar Installers are expected toassist the Solar Installer Lead and crew in the PV solar installation processat residential sites across the Palm Beach/Broward County area.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in residential roof installation of PV solar equipment from start to finish
• Install PV systems in accordance with codes and standards using blueprints and project plans
• Travel to customer sitesand preform installs

Qualified candidate willhave:

• Minimum 1-year experience with residential install
• Attention to detail with emphasis on quality and safety
• Willing totravel
• Ability to read blueprints, understand code and knowledge of electricity basics
• OSHA 10 preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather environments depending on job location
• Ability to work on roofsand in tight crawl spaces/attic settings
