Gold Coast Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Lake Worth center with a focus on hand therapy. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside and learn directly from an experienced Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in a collaborative, high-performing clinical environment. If you are passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation and eager to advance your clinical expertise, this role offers meaningful mentorship and hands-on growth.
Qualifications- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure in Florida)
- Experience in hand therapy and splinting required
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered mindset
- Practitioners aspiring to earn their Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential are strongly encouraged to apply
- Direct mentorship from an experienced CHT
- Exposure to complex upper extremity cases
- Supportive pathway toward CHT certification
