Job Summary: Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to help residents achieve maximum potential and live their lives to the fullest. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility offers a supportive and caring environment where you can make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and interventions.
• Conduct treatment sessions under supervision, including patient screening, assessment, and intervention.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercise programs, and self‑care techniques.
• Participate in patient care conferences and report to physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in physical therapy or related field preferred.
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
