We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant Full Time to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth Beach, Florida. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation team, helping our residents achieve their goals and regain independence.

• Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for our residents
• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other forms of therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
• Provide exceptional patient care and support, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and dignity

• Assist with patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other forms of therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and engage in professional development opportunities
