Job Summary:

At Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, located in the vibrant community of Lake Worth Beach, Florida, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA Restorative Aide to join our interdisciplinary team. As a CNA Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' recovery and rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:

• Provide resident-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort to our short-term and long-term residents
• Assist with restorative therapy programs, including exercise, ambulation, and mobility exercises, under the guidance of licensed therapists
• Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and participate in care conferences
• Perform various activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
