Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activities Aide/CNA to join our team! As an Activities Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by planning and implementing activities that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating activities
    , such as games, arts and crafts, outings, and special events, to cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks
    , such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and feeding, under the supervision of our care staff.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our residents, fostering a sense of community and social connection.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment
    , adhering to facility standards and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Part-time schedule
    , with flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic education
    , with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic communication and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Valid CPR certification
    , with willingness to obtain and maintain certification.
