Duct Masters USA, Inc of Weston, FL is seeking an outgoing, aggressive, and clean-cut HVAC Service Technician - Comfort Advisor to join our in-home sales team and listen to our customers to determine their needs and recommend appropriate HVAC products and services. This position earns $15- $25/hr plus commission
. We provide you with the flexibility to earn performance commissions through both sales and installation, or you can choose to focus solely on sales commissions. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN - COMFORT ADVISOR

As an in-home HVAC Service Technician - Comfort Advisor, you enjoy meeting new people each day and arrive for your appointments promptly. You meet with customers in-home, build rapport, listen to concerns, inspect their HVAC system, and use your understanding of gas furnaces, boilers, central air, and heat pumps to offer the best solutions. After you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers.

You are organized and goal-oriented, participate in trainings, and feel a sense of accomplishment when your efforts contribute to revenue and customer comfort.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HVAC service experience
• 1 year of sales experience
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required
