No prior brewery experience is required, but mechanical awareness, attention to detail, and reliability are non-negotiable. This role is designed for someone who wants to learn beverage production from the ground up.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- You’ll assist with day-to-day brewery and beverage production tasks, including:
- Assisting with setup, operation, and teardown of the canning line (training provided)
- Feeding cans, monitoring fills, checking seams, and keeping the line running smoothly
- Cleaning and sanitizing tanks, lines, floors, drains, and equipment
- General brewery housekeeping and organization
- Moving raw materials, finished product, and supplies (kegs, cases, ingredients, packaging)
- Assisting with basic production tasks such as batching, transfers, and packaging prep
- Following safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures at all times
- Full training provided on canning line operation and brewery processes
- Opportunity to learn more advanced production tasks over time for the right person
- Clear path for increased responsibility based on performance and reliability
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Basic mechanical aptitude (you don’t need to be an engineer, just not afraid of machines)
- Attention to cleanliness, detail, and safety
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a small team
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a wet, industrial environment
- Comfortable working around hot liquids, pressurized systems, and machinery
- Production-based schedule (some days longer than others)
- Indoor industrial environment with noise, moisture, and temperature variation
- Brewery, beverage, food production, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
