Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Support the maintenance of a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff
