Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate, experienced and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a CNA at our skilled nursing facility, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well‑being. Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with vital signs, bed mobility, and other essential care tasks.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services.
- A minimum of one year prior experience as a CNA in a nursing home.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and with care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills.
