We are currently looking for the right Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The hourly rate ranges from $10.00 to $14.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.61 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers positively and professionally to process sales, loans, and other transactions. The associate works with a wide variety of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The Full‑Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. The actual pay is based on factors such as work location, qualifications, and experience.

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
• Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise display.
• Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items following established procedures.
• Answers incoming calls according to company standards.
• Communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, showing respect and using effective tools.
• Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
• Successfully completes assigned training.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing and able to perform tasks for extended periods, including standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
• May be asked to assist customers exterior to the building or retrieve products from outside storage areas.
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math calculations.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Availability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
